| A short biography |
Oliver Moriarty is a young piano/vocalist and songwriter from England. Born from English-Irish/German stock he started playing piano at he age of 4 and began writing songs from the age of 11. A prodigious talent, he won a scholarship to one of the UK's most exclusive music schools at 12, one of a series of prestigious achievements culminating in a music degree at Cambridge.
After completing his music degree he embarked on a world tour as a piano man working the piano bars in Germany, Scandinavia, Middle East, Mediterranean, Caribbean, Northern Africa and Ireland where he honed his style as a live performer and songsmith in the vogue of his early influences such as Billy Joel, James Taylor and Stevie Wonder.
After five years of extensive touring he settled in London quickly penetrating the music industry appearing on UK national television on Top Of The Pops, SMTV and CDUK working with a diverse range of artistes from Lesley Garrett to Alice DJ to Jools Holland with performances at The Royal Albert Hall and The Royal Opera House, Covent Garden, London and exclusively at The House Of Lords, Westminster, London. |

Most recently Oliver played a one off gig accompanying Robbie Williams and he has also performed with Il Divo and Tony Christie.
He is fast becoming a favourite on the high end corporate entertainment circuit in the UK having performed engagements at world famous venues such as The Ritz, London, Wentworth Golf Club, England and Skibo Castle, Scotland.
He has garnered radio and press attention on UK radio on BBC London Radio, LBC, Capital Life, Capital FM, Talksport, Jazz FM, Magic FM and Saga Radio.
